Information
Shuttle
All shuttles will depart at the scheduled departure time. Please be at the bus stop 5 minutes prior to board.
Estimated time of arrival may differ from the actual arrival time depends on traffic and weather conditions. We do not take any responsibility under these conditions.
The seats are not assigned. You may sit wherever you want.
The ticket must be purchased online in advance, we do not sell tickets on site.
We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or other personal belongings.
Minimum of 10 passengers are required for the shuttle to run. If the shuttle is not running, passengers will be informed as below : a. Please use the other nearest shuttle bus stop to board. b. The booking will be cancelled and you will get a full refund.
Everland Ticket
The Everland operation date could be changed so please check operation hours on the Everland website or app before you visit.
Click 'My Ticket' in My Booking > Present QR code in the Everland Entrance or Click Voucher in booking confirmation email > Present printed voucher in the Everland Entrance.
Cancellation(Refund) Policy
Cancellation and full refund is available 24 hours before the departure time. No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of departure time.
Cancellation and refund requests are only available during the operating hours.
As we receive cancellation request, our support team will review it and proceed the refund.
Partial cancellation or refund is not available for the round-trip ticket.
No-show tickets are non refundable.
After you successfully cancel your booking, the eligible refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
To cancel your booking, please contact us through our RIDEUS homepage or help center.
Operating hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (KST) / Closed on Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays.
